Solutions Provided
We offer digital strategy, immersive design, content production, and AI distribution frameworks. The scope and timelines for each project will be outlined in a Master Solutions Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated in the contract, all concepts, designs, code, and assets remain the property of Friendly Creative Studios until all invoices are paid in full. Upon payment, rights transfer to the client.
Responsibilities
You agree to use our portal only for lawful purposes. Transmitting malicious code or attempting unauthorized access to our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Friendly Creative Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use of our solutions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
