Every booking is prepaid in full. With the current request-to-book flow, we confirm availability first and then send a secure payment link — your reservation is confirmed once payment completes.
One free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, to a new date within the next 60 days. With less notice, the cancellation ladder applies.
Overtime is billed at 2× the hourly rate in 30-minute blocks, subject to availability. If another booking follows yours, overtime is not possible — we tell you at the start.
No fixed cleaning fee. A $100 fee applies only if the space is left out of condition — trash not collected, stains, or sets left standing.
A no-show is treated as a cancellation under 24 hours: no refund. We mark a no-show 30 minutes after your start time without arrival or notice.
Up to 8 people are included in the base rate. People 9 to 15 add $10 per person, per booking. The studio maximum is 15 people.
No insurance is required for standard bookings of up to 10 people. For more than 10 people, events, or heavy external equipment, a certificate of insurance (COI) with $1M liability is required before confirmation.
No security deposit for standard bookings. Events, groups over 10 people, or heavy external equipment require a $250 hold — a temporary retention, not a charge — released within 48 hours after the booking if there are no incidents.
Published prices do not include taxes. NY sales tax is added at payment when it applies.

No. The published rate includes everything listed on each card, and every add-on and surcharge has a published unit price. Booking directly also means no marketplace fee on top.
